Adam Taylor, Solicitor

Adam Taylor founded Adlex Solicitors in 2001 after leading the E-Commerce and Technology Group at City law firm Withers.
He has worked as an internet and technology lawyer since the early days of the web and is qualified as a solicitor in the UK, Ireland and New York.

Adam acts as a panellist for:
• Nominet Dispute Resolution Service – “.uk” domains
• WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center – “.com” and other gTLDs under the UDRP and national policies such as Ireland’s .IE
• Forum (NAF) – UDRP disputes

He has issued over 800 decisions as panellist and acted for clients in over 200 cases.

In 2025 he served on the WIPO–ICA UDRP Review Project Team, which published its report on future UDRP reforms.

Adlex Solicitors is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
