The practice is led by Adam Taylor, a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in domain name disputes and a panellist for WIPO, Nominet and the Forum (NAF).

Adam is also a member of the WIPO-ICA UDRP Review Project Team, which conducted a comprehensive review of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). The team’s April 2025 report, naming him among its contributors, can be viewed on the WIPO website.

Forum Case FA-2130735 (HTML) – Successfully defended business-critical domain name for small UK business Respondent under UDRP.
WIPO Case D2019-2599 (HTML) – Obtained transfer of domain name for European diagnostics provider under the UDRP.
WIPO Case D2015-1323 (HTML)  – Transfer ordered for international robotics company.
Nominet DRS 20453 – Acted for UK small business Complainant in retrieving domains from a fraudulent ex-contractor (decision searchable on Nominet’s DRS website).
